Products
1. Where are your products from?
Little Red Heels has its own network of suppliers, be it local or international. We also travel to hand pick our merchandise from various countries.
2. How do I check out your models’ sizing?

3. I want to be informed of the latest products. What do I do?
Simply sign up with the Little Red Heels mailing list located at the bottom of our Web site and click GO! However, do make sure that the e-mail address you entered is a valid one.
4. If I need more information about a product, what do I do?
Usually, Little Red Heels provide as much information about our product as possible. However, if you need more detailed information, kindly follow the link to Contact Us.
Ordering & Delivery
1. How do I place orders?
Add item to shopping bag by clicking on the item you wish to purchase. Choose the colour, size then quantity you want, and click “Add to Bag”. “Item added to bag” will then appear to confirm that the item has been added. If you wish to continue shopping, simply navigate to the categories to view more items.
You can review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on the bag (with Red Heels) at the top right corner of the Web site. This page will show you the most updated status of the various items in your bag at the time you view this page. If items go into “Pending” status, you may enter a valid e-mail address to be added to the “Pending List”. If you do not wish to purchase an item anymore, simply “Remove” from your shopping bag.
If you would like to checkout, click on the shopping bag (with Red Heels) at the top right corner. Then, follow the 3 steps that will lead you to a proper checkout and for a payment advice to be sent to your e-mail account. Do note that we will only reserve the items for you if you complete those 3 steps.
Once checkout, you need to check your e-mail inbox for our payment advice. In the payment advice, we provide the bank account details for payment, and amount to pay including postage.
Once payment is made, you need to follow the link provided in the payment advice, or go to “My Account” at the top right corner of our Web site, and follow the instructions. Please ensure that mailing address provided is accurate and complete.
“Account users” refer to those who have signed up an account with Little Red Heels. “Non-account users” refer to those who have yet to sign up with us, but have placed orders with us.
Once your payment details have been submitted, we will verify your payment within 3 business days. You can come back to check your order status by going to “My Account”. Only upon verification of your payment will your items be shipped out within the next 3 business days.
2. What kind of payments does Little Red Heels accept?
At the moment, Little Red Heels accepts ATM and Internet Banking transfers via DBS/POSB/UOB. We do prefer Internet Banking transfers for easy processing of your orders.
Unless otherwise approved, we do not accept interbank transfers.
At times, we make exceptions for overseas buyers to pay via PayPal. However, customers bear the extra charges incurred for using PayPal.
3. After payment is made, how long do I have to wait for items to be shipped to me?
We usually ship all paid items within 3 business days. An e-mail will be sent to you after your items have been shipped.
4. How are my items mailed to me?
Little Red Heels ships purchased items through the delivery services of SingPost. Customers choose either normal mails or registered packages. For registered packages, a tracking number issued by SingPost will be updated via order status.
5. What is the difference between normal mail and registered mail?
Normal mails, as it is named, are normal mails sent just like your regular letters. Customers bear the risks of lost packages via normal mode.
For registered packages, there is an additional S$2.24 standard charge required by SingPost. Registered packages come with tracking numbers so customer can track their parcels should they fail to receive them within 2 business days. Registered packages are sent directly to recipients’ doorsteps.
6. I am currently out of Singapore. Can I still place orders?
We accept orders from all countries. However, customers would have to make the necessary arrangements for transfers to DBS/POSB/UOB bank account for efficient transfer of funds. We do not encourage interbank transfers.
At times, Little Red Heels does make exceptions to accept PayPal payments. However, customers need to seek prior confirmation from us before making such transfers.
7. How do I check the status of my order?
Click on “My Account” located on the top right corner of the Web site and follow the instructions accordingly.
8. What happens if the item I want is pending?
If you are keen on the item, which is currently pending, you can leave your e-mail address in the pending list and we will contact you should any transaction fails.
